The E7 sports a 102 mm AMOLED touch screen display featuring a technology Nokia calls Clear black. This improves the contrast to give deep blacks even in sunlight. It’s a big, high contrast and still seems to fit the overall chassis. The anodized silver frame is very attractive and the depth is more palatable. The side of the phone includes a physical lock switch as well as the lock screen. The volume key on the side of the phone is a sliding switch that’s springs back to the middle when you slide up or down rather than two flat buttons. This phone boasts 3G and 802.11n Wi-Fi connection. You can connect the E7 to a high definition TV via an HDMI connection. It also has a micro-USB connection. Plug in an adapter sold separately and you can charge the phone from your computer’s USB socket. Plug in a memory stick and transfer files on or off the phone.

The 8-megapixel camera benefits from a dual-LED flash. It is a fixed-focus affair, images and video will always be in focus if a little flat. The E7 comes in grey, silver white, green, blue and orange. The music player and video playback are both good enough to make this a PMP all on its own. Another little feature is the deep Microsoft Exchange, if you have got a contact that’s connected to their office’s hub they can let you know their status and make it easier to share documents between yourselves. The internal memory of the phone is 16GB and there is no support for micro SD cards. Its size is 123.7*62.4*13.6 mm and weight is 176 g. This phone has a BL-4D 1200mAh Li-ion battery. Talk time for GSM is up to 540h or WCDMA up to 300 min and stand by time for GSM is up to 430h and WCDMA up to 470h.
