Sony Ericsson Xperia Ray and Sony Ericsson Xperia Active are full touchscreen Android smartphone whereas the Sony Ericsson txt supports a full QWERTY keyboard and standard non-touch display.


Sony Ericsson Xperia Ray features 3.3 inch superb touchscreen and comes with mobile BRAVIA engine. There is 8 megapixel camera which has impressive video recording capabilities. The mobile phone offers a micro SD card slot which can supported up to 32 GB. The other features are Exmor R Sensor, FM Radio, 3G, GPS and Wi-Fi.
